Most AI projects fail for one reason: they start from the technology rather than the problem. A company decides it "wants AI", then goes looking for a use — and the result is a tool that impresses in a presentation and nobody uses a month later.
We work in the opposite direction: which process consumes your team's time? What question do you answer every single day? Where do you lose customers to slow replies? Then we build for that specific problem.
What we actually build
Assistants grounded in your own data
Not a generic ChatGPT window, but an assistant that knows your products, pricing, and policies and answers your customers in Arabic around the clock — escalating anything outside its knowledge to your team with the full conversation history.
Workflow automation
Classifying and routing incoming messages, extracting data from invoices and documents, generating recurring reports, and syncing data between your existing systems.
Document processing
Structured extraction from contracts, invoices, applications, and handwritten forms — including scanned Arabic documents.
Data analysis and insight generation
Turning sales or customer data into readable summaries and alerts on unusual patterns.
AI-assisted content generation
Product descriptions, marketing copy, and visual and video content — with guardrails that preserve your brand voice.
An example from our portfolio: we have produced AI-generated educational video series — including Tajweed lessons for children and the Arnoub and Wifaq Qatar content — combining automated generation with human direction to hold quality.
Arabic: the real challenge
AI in Arabic is technically harder than in English: dialect variation, diacritics, right-to-left script, and far less specialised training data.
Practically, that means a solution built for an English audience and then translated will let you down. We test with your actual audience's dialect — Gulf, Levantine, or Egyptian — and tune responses against real examples from your customer conversations.
How we work
1. Diagnostic session. We sit with your team and identify where time actually goes. Sometimes we conclude that your problem does not need AI but a process fix — and we will say so.
2. Define the success measure. A specific number we can track: "cut response time from 4 hours to 5 minutes", or "automate 60% of recurring enquiries".
3. Rapid prototype. Within two weeks you see a working version running on your real data, so you can judge the value before committing to the full project.
4. Training and constraint. We ground the system in your knowledge and define its boundaries: what it answers, and what it escalates to a human.
5. Integration and measurement. Connected to your website, WhatsApp, or internal systems, with a dashboard tracking performance against the agreed metric.
What we will not promise
We will not tell you AI will double your profits or replace your team. Those promises sell projects and lose clients.
What we do promise: an honest diagnosis, a prototype you judge yourself before committing, and a straight answer when we think AI is not the right solution for you at all.
Start with a conversation
Describe the process that consumes more of your team's time than it should. We will reply with a practical opinion on whether AI solves it, how, and at roughly what cost.
